Another Chance

Its the day that marks another milestone on this journey called life.

I thank God for his continued guidance and protection thus far.

I might have failed him so many times but HE is always willing to forgive.

Please forgive me as I need need your grace to make it through. 

It is because of him why I'm here today, it's the unconditionally love that  He pours down on me. 

So many persons have left this earth under various circumstances without even getting the chance to receive such a gift  but today I gladly accept JESUS CHRIST has my Saviour. 

I recommit my life to HIM because without HIM I'm lost.  

I leave the rest of my existence in YOUR hands, let YOUR will be done in my life my strength and Redeemer.

You make me smile, when I want to cry
You give me hope, when there seems to be no way out,
You are the reason I get out of bed each day,
You hold me together when my world is falling apart;
You love me when there's nothing to love,
You give me strength when I'm weak,
You are the light through the dark tunnels,
You are the stars that shine in my nights;
What would I have done without you in my life?
How would I have made it all these years?
It is all because of YOU!!! 

I Do It All For You

The hard-work, the determination,
the sweat, the tears are all in the name of you.
My motivation, my inspiration,
that's what you are to me.
When I'm at my wits end,
and the journey seems hard to trod,
all I do is think of You.

My Saviour

You came into this world and died for me
But why do I feel like I'm not set free? 
You promise to never leave me nor forsake me
But these days my heart tells me I'm all alone.
Oh please ignite my spirit,so I can reclaim the promises
You've made thousands of years ago.
Oh save me from my selfish ways
And lead me to the straight and narrow way.
Forgive my shortcomings,my Saviour and friend
Because without my life will end.

The Christian Walk

Things I do, the things I say are place under a microscope
The expectations, the commitments
Are more than what meet the eyes.
This Christian journey is not an easy one.

Prayers go unsaid, bibles go unread
But most of all souls go unleaded.
It is a shame sometimes to see
The things we do and say that we are Christians.

Interactions with others make the journey even more challenging
The conversations we have and the mean words exchanged makes
The Christian faith looks really bad.

If Christ was here He might say: 
"My child why are you making me feel this way?
Please ensure that you get back on the Christian path"

When you feel like screaming,

who will scream with you?

When you want to be love,

who will truly love you?

When you want to dance,

                Who will dance with you?

When you want to cry,

                Who will cry with you?

When you feel depress,

                Who will make you smile?

When  you are sick,

                Who will doctor you to health?

When you are lonely,

                Who will take the time to keep your company?

When all is lost,

The one who will never forsake you is GOD!!!
